Packwood is a small town located near the souteast entrance into Mt. Rainier National Park. It has gas, groceries, restaurants, hotels and other amenities that support visitors to the park. It is also convenient to the east side of Mt. St. Helens National Volcanic Monument and parts of the Giffort Pinchot and Mt. Baker-Snoqualmie National Forests.
