Angie's Umbrella Sculpture

Seattle, Washington

Western Ave @ Lenora St

Angie's Umbrella is a fun sculpture depicting an inside-out umbrella, a not-uncommon sight during Seattle's rainy winters. The 30-foot tall painted metal sculpture can rotate 360-degrees with the wind.

It was created by artists Jim Pridgeon and Benson Shaw, and "named in honor of Angie Pridgeon, optimist", Jim Pridgeon's late mother.
