Victoria Harbour's Inner Harbour is at the heart of Victoria's city center. Both the British Columbia Parliament and Fairmont Empress Hotel face the harbour. Walkways, restaurants, shops and marinas line the shores of Inner Harbour. Ferries from the Seattle and Port Angeles, Washington dock here, and seaplanes use the Victoria Inner Harbour Airport.
The Inner Harbour is a popular place for an after-dinner stroll and for watching the boats and seaplanes throughout the day.
